5.1 Slicing Bread

- Begin Slicing: Hold the electric knife firmly. Press and hold the On/Off switch to activate the blades. Insert the blades into the desired slicing slot of the guide. Apply gentle, even pressure, allowing the knife to do the work. Move the knife through the bread in a smooth, continuous motion.
- Continue Slicing: After each slice, release the On/Off switch, remove the knife, and reposition the bread for the next slice. Repeat the process for the entire loaf.

5.2 General Electric Knife Use
