This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Haul-Master Heavy Duty Portable Scaffold. This portable scaffolding unit is designed to facilitate work at elevated heights for tasks such as painting indoors and outdoors. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper handling and to prevent injury or damage.

Proper operation ensures safety and efficiency.

2. Lock Casters: Engage the locks on all four swivel casters to prevent unintended movement. Verify that the scaffold is stationary before climbing.

5. Working on Scaffold: Maintain balance and avoid sudden movements. Do not lean too far over the edge. If using optional toe-boards or safety-rails, ensure they are properly installed in the built-in fittings.
6. Moving the Scaffold: Before moving, ensure all tools and materials are removed from the plank. Unlock all four casters. Carefully push the scaffold to the new location. Re-lock casters once positioned.
