1. Introduction and Overview

The Gaggia GranGaggia Style manual espresso machine is designed for preparing authentic Italian espresso with ease. This compact and functional appliance can be used with either ground coffee or pre-packaged coffee pods. It features a patented 'Crema Perfect' pressure filter holder, which helps achieve consistent and rich crema, regardless of user experience. 3.5 Priming the System (First Use)

4. Attach the portafilter to the group head by aligning it and turning it firmly to the right until it is secure.
5. Place an espresso cup under the portafilter spout.
6. Press the coffee button to start brewing.
7. Press the coffee button again to stop the flow when the desired volume is reached.
8. Carefully remove the portafilter, discard the used pod, and rinse the filter and portafilter.
