This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your NEWTRY GLF-500F Handheld Induction Sealer. This electromagnetic induction sealing machine is designed for sealing plastic, glass, or other non-metallic bottles and cup-shaped containers using aluminum foil caps. It is suitable for various applications in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, beverage, and cosmetic industries.

WARNING: To prevent electric shock, fire, or serious injury, always follow these safety precautions.

• This machine is designed to seal plastic, glass, or non-metallic bottles and cup-shaped containers based on electromagnetic induction principles. Do not use this machine to seal metallic containers.
• Ensure the machine is used in a dry, ventilated, and dust-free place.
• Only qualified professionals should attempt to disassemble or repair the machine.
• Keep hands and other body parts away from the sealing head during operation to avoid burns or injury.
• Always ensure the power cord is in good condition. A spare switch is provided in case the power cord gets damaged.
• The induction sealer features a self-protection function and will automatically power off if there is no operation within 15 minutes to prevent current overload.

The sealer is designed for non-metal bottles (glass or plastic) with flat caps. Pointed bottles, metal bottles, and metal caps are not compatible.

Follow these steps to effectively seal your containers:

1. Күйгүзүү: Press the ON/OFF switch on the control panel to turn on the machine.
2. Кубатты тууралоо: Use the 'Reduce power' and 'Increase power' buttons to set the desired wattage for sealing. Refer to Figure 3.3 for power range.
3. Adjust Sealing Time: Use the 'Seal time' buttons (digit and decimal) to set the appropriate sealing duration. The adjustable time range is 0 to 5.9 seconds.
4. Бөтөлкө даярдоо: Place the aluminum foil or lined cap inside the bottle cap, ensuring the shiny side of the foil faces the bottle opening. Tighten the cap onto the non-metal bottle.
5. Initiate Sealing: Place the handheld sealing head directly over the capped bottle. Press the red button on the handle or the 'Standby switch' button on the control panel to begin the sealing process.

7. Reinforce Seal (Recommended): After sealing, it is recommended to press the edge of the cap to reinforce the seal.
8. Self-Counting Function: The machine automatically counts the number of sealed bottles. Long-press the 'show cleaned' button to reset the count to zero.

Adjust power and time, then place the sealer over the cap and press the button to activate.

Always hold the bottle straight and tighten the cap. The machine automatically counts down after sealing starts. Ensure to use the correct aluminum foil type for your bottle material (e.g., PE, PET, PP). Foam liners are not allowed.
