1. Алгачкы тазалоо: Before first use, wash all components (brewing container, Rainmaker lid, glass carafe, cork stopper, and mesh filter) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

3. Assemble Brewing Container: Securely attach the base to the brewing container. Ensure the red gasket is properly seated on the bottom ring of the threads and that the brewing container and base are fully tightened. Align the markings on the brewing container and base to ensure a proper seal.

Operating Instructions (Brewing)

1. Кофе талкандарын кошуу: Place the assembled brewing container on a stable surface. Add your desired amount of coarse-ground coffee into the brewing container. For best results, use a coarse grind to prevent slow draining.
2. Суу куюп: Place the Rainmaker lid on top of the brewing container. Slowly pour cold, filtered water over the Rainmaker. The Rainmaker is designed to evenly distribute water over the coffee grounds, ensuring thorough saturation.

3. Демдөө: Allow the coffee to brew for 12 to 24 hours. You can brew on your countertop or in the refrigerator.
4. Drain Concentrate: After brewing, remove the Rainmaker lid. Place the brewing container directly onto the borosilicate glass carafe. The draining process will begin automatically.

5. Store Concentrate: Once draining is complete, remove the brewing container. Seal the glass carafe with the cork stopper to keep the coffee concentrate fresh. Store in the refrigerator.
