Follow these steps to properly install your Nikon Z5, Z6, or Z7 camera into the SMALLRIG Camera Cage 2243:

2. Align the Camera: Carefully place your Nikon Z camera into the cage, ensuring the camera's base aligns with the 1/4"-20 screw hole at the bottom of the cage.

M4 holes can be used for specific SMALLRIG accessories.
• Strap Attachment Points: The cage includes dedicated holes on the corners for attaching hand straps or neck straps, providing secure carrying options.

• Tilt Screen Deployment Difficulty: The lower edge of the cage may slightly impede the deployment of the camera's tilt screen. A small adhesive pull tab can be attached to the bottom edge of the screen to assist in pulling it out.
• Accessories Not Attaching Securely: Verify that you are using the correct screw size (1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, or M4) for the respective threaded holes. For NATO rail accessories, ensure the clamp is properly engaged and tightened.
