The Mount-It! MI-3030 is an ultra-slim, low-profile tilting TV wall mount designed for flatscreen LED, LCD, and Plasma televisions ranging from 30 to 55 inches. Follow these steps for a secure installation. It is recommended to have a second person assist with lifting and mounting the television.

Step 1: Locate Studs and Mark Positions

Use a stud finder to locate the center of the wooden studs in your desired mounting location. Mark the stud centers. The wall plate should be centered horizontally on the studs.

Attach the two TV brackets to the back of your television using the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the hardware kit that match your TV's VESA mounting pattern. With assistance, carefully lift the television and hook the attached TV brackets onto the top edge of the wall plate. Gently lower the television until the brackets fully engage with the wall plate. Ensure the TV is level and centered.

Step 5: Secure Television with Safety Screws

Locate the safety screws at the bottom of the TV brackets. Tighten these screws to secure the television to the wall plate, preventing accidental dislodgement. This anti-lift safety system ensures your TV remains securely mounted.

The MI-3030 mount allows for a tilt adjustment range of +5 degrees to -10 degrees. To adjust the tilt, loosen the tilt adjustment knobs or bolts on the side of the TV brackets.
