It also enables the creation of automated schedules and timers for enhanced convenience and energy management.

While the WeMo Light Switch cannot directly replace a 4-way switch, it can be integrated into a 4-way circuit. In a typical 4-way setup (three switches controlling one light), there are two 3-way switches and one 4-way switch. You can replace one of the 3-way switches in this configuration with a WeMo Smart Light Switch to make the entire circuit smart. This requires identifying the correct 3-way switch that has a neutral wire in its box. You may need to open multiple switch boxes to find the appropriate 3-way switch with a neutral wire.
