5. Иштөө нускамалары

5.1 Күйгүзүү

The Telwin Lion helmet is solar-powered. It automatically activates when exposed to sufficient light. No manual power button is required for basic operation.

5.2 Adjusting Shade, Sensitivity, and Delay

The helmet features adjustable settings to optimize performance for different welding tasks. These adjustments are typically found on the inside of the helmet, near the auto-darkening filter.

  • Shade Control: This knob allows you to select the desired dark shade level. For the Telwin 804151, a solid darkening of 11 DIN is provided, which is suitable for hobby use and various welding processes. Refer to welding standards for appropriate shade levels for your specific amperage and material.
  • Сезимталдыкты көзөмөлдөө: This knob adjusts how sensitive the sensors are to the welding arc. Higher sensitivity is suitable for low amperage TIG welding, while lower sensitivity helps prevent false darkening from ambient light.
  • Кечиктирүүнү көзөмөлдөө: This knob sets the time the filter remains dark after the welding arc has stopped. A short delay is useful for tack welding, while a longer delay helps protect eyes from afterglow and reduces eye fatigue during continuous welding.

5.3 Ширетүү процесси

  1. Ensure all adjustments (headgear, shade, sensitivity, delay) are set correctly for your welding application.
  2. Шлемди башыңызга ыңгайлуу жайгаштырыңыз.
  3. Begin welding. The auto-darkening filter will instantly darken when the arc is struck.
  4. After the arc is extinguished, the filter will return to its transparent state after the set delay time.
