This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your Black+Decker Electric Cooktop Pan, Model PC700-BR. Please read it thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.

Cooking with the Electric Pan:
- Ensure the pan is properly placed on the heating base.
- Add your ingredients to the pan.
- Plug the appliance into a 127V electrical outlet.
- Turn the control knob to select the desired power level:
- I: Low power (350W) for gentle heating or simmering.
- II: High power (700W) for faster cooking or boiling.
- The indicator light will illuminate when the appliance is heating.
- Monitor your cooking. The glass lid allows for easy viewing.
- When cooking is complete, turn the control knob to the "OFF" (O) position and unplug the appliance.
Automatic Shut-off Feature:
The Black+Decker PC700-BR is equipped with an automatic shut-off safety feature. If the pan is lifted or removed from the heating base during operation, the heating element will automatically turn off. To resume heating, place the pan back onto the base and ensure the control knob is set to a power level (I or II).

Cleaning the Pan and Lid:
