2. Продукциянын өзгөчөлүктөрү

  • Туруктуу курулуш: Made from high-quality metal for enhanced durability and waterproof performance.
  • Интегралдык LED жарык: Features an LED indicator available in Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, and White.
  • Two Operation Types: Available in Momentary (Self-Reset) and Latching (Self-Locking) configurations.
  • Бир нече өлчөмдөр: Offered in common opening sizes: 12mm, 16mm, 19mm, and 22mm.
  • Wide Voltage Шайкештик: Ар кандай томдорду колдойтtage inputs including 5V, 12V, 24V, and 220V (specific to variant).

3. Understanding Switch Types

It is crucial to distinguish between the two types of switch operations for proper application:

  • Momentary (Self-Reset) Button: When pressed, the switch activates the circuit and illuminates the LED. Upon releasing the button, it returns to its original position, deactivating the circuit and turning off the LED.
  • Latching (Self-Locking) Button: When pressed, the switch activates the circuit and illuminates the LED, remaining in the 'on' state even after releasing the button. To deactivate, press the button again; it will return to its original position, deactivating the circuit and turning off the LED.

4. Орнотуу жана зымдар

4.1 Коопсуздук чаралары

  • Always disconnect power to the circuit before installation or maintenance.
  • Коммутатордун үнүн текшериңизtage rating matches your application's power supply.
  • Эгерде сиз зымдарды туташтырууну билбесеңиз, квалификациялуу электрикке кайрылыңыз.

4.2 Монтаждоо

Drill a hole of the appropriate size (12mm, 16mm, 19mm, or 22mm) in your mounting surface. Insert the switch and secure it with the provided nut and washer.

4.3 Электр өткөргүч терминалдары

The switch features several terminals for connection. Understanding these is key to correct wiring:

  • "+" (LED Positive): Connects to the positive pole of the LED.
  • "-" (LED Negative): Connects to the negative pole of the LED.
  • "NC" (Normal Close): The circuit is closed (current flows) when the button is in its default (unpressed) state.
  • "NO" (Normal Open): The circuit is open (no current flows) when the button is in its default (unpressed) state.
  • "C" (Common): The common terminal for the switch contacts.

4.4 Basic Wiring Configurations

Here are common wiring scenarios for the 12mm switch (principles apply to other sizes):

  1. Scenario 1: Load and LED activate simultaneously upon press.

Connect the load and the LED positive terminal to the switch's output. When the switch is pressed, both the load is energized and the LED illuminates. Pressing again (for latching) or releasing (for momentary) deactivates both.

  2. Scenario 2: LED always on when power is supplied, load activates upon press.

Connect the LED positive terminal directly to the power source (via a current-limiting resistor if necessary for the LED's voltage). Connect the load to the switch's output. The LED will be on whenever power is supplied to the circuit, and the load will activate only when the button is pressed.

  3. Scenario 3: Load activates upon press, LED turns off when pressed.

This configuration typically uses the NC (Normally Closed) contact for the LED and the NO (Normally Open) contact for the load, or a more complex circuit. When the button is pressed, the load is energized, and the LED turns off. Releasing or pressing again resets the state.

5. Иштөө нускамалары

Operation depends on the specific switch type installed:

  • үчүн а Momentary (Self-Reset) switch, simply press and hold the button to activate the connected device. Release the button to deactivate.
  • үчүн а Latching (Self-Locking) switch, press the button once to activate the connected device. The switch will remain in the 'on' state. Press the button again to deactivate the device.

7. Техникалык тейлөө

These switches are designed for durability and require minimal maintenance. Periodically inspect connections for tightness and ensure the switch surface is clean. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the metal finish or internal components.

8. Кыйынчылыктарды

  • Switch not activating: Check all wiring connections for proper contact. Verify the power supply is active and matches the switch's voltagд талаптар.
  • LED not illuminating: Ensure the LED positive and negative terminals are correctly connected to the power source. Check for proper voltage and current for the LED.
  • Switch stuck or not resetting: Confirm you have the correct switch type (momentary vs. latching) for your intended operation. If it's a momentary switch and it's stuck, check for physical obstruction or internal damage.
