5. Орнотуу колдонмосу

5.1 Кубат туташтыруу

  1. Ensure you have a compatible power supply (not included). For PoE output, a 48V power supply (≥96W) is required. For non-PoE operation, a DC12V~48V power supply (≥10W, typical 12V/1A) is sufficient.
  2. Connect the power supply to the DC power socket on the switch.
  3. Verify the power indicator light (green) illuminates, indicating the switch is powered on.

  1. Connect your network devices (e.g., computers, routers) to the Uplink port using a standard Ethernet cable.
  2. For PoE-enabled devices (e.g., PoE cameras, IP phones, wireless access points), connect them to any of the 4 PoE RJ45 ports. The switch will automatically detect and supply power to these devices if a 48V power supply is used.
  3. For non-PoE devices connected to a PoE port, ensure the device is isolated from the ground and has its own power supply to prevent damage. The switch will only transmit data to non-PoE devices on PoE ports.

The VSP500 switch supports various installation methods for industrial applications:

  • DIN Rail Fixing: Use the provided guide rail fixing accessories to mount the switch onto a standard DIN rail.
  • Wall-Mounted Fixing: Utilize the wall hanging holes and fixing kit to securely mount the switch on a wall.

The VONETS VSP500 switch is designed for plug-and-play operation, requiring no complex software configuration.

  1. Once powered on and devices are connected as per the Setup Guide, the switch will automatically detect connected devices and establish network links.
  2. The RJ45 ports support auto-negotiation for 10/100/1000Mbps speeds and automatically adjust between full-duplex and half-duplex modes.
  3. The power indicator light (green) confirms the device is operational. Individual port LEDs (if present and visible) will indicate link status and activity.

  • Operate the switch within its specified temperature range of -20°C to 55°C.

  • No PoE Output: If PoE devices are not receiving power, ensure the power input to the switch is 48V and meets the ≥96W power requirement. PoE functionality is only active with a 48V power supply.
  • Device Damage when Connected to PoE Port: If connecting a non-PoE network device to a PoE output port, ensure the access network port of the connected device is isolated from the ground. Failure to do so may cause damage to the connected product.
