The router supports LTE bands B1 / 3 / 7 / 8 / 20 / 28AB / 38 / 40 / 41 and UMTS bands B1 / B8. If your SIM card operates on different bands (e.g., B2, B4), it will not be able to connect to the network. Contact your mobile carrier to confirm your SIM card's frequency bands.
