5.4 360° Hot Air Circulation

5.5 Making Beef Jerky
To make beef jerky, slice lean meat thinly and marinate it according to your recipe. Place the marinated meat on the stainless steel trays. Set the temperature to 149°F-176°F and dry for 5-8 hours, or until desired dryness is achieved.
