Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the provided USB-A to USB-C charging cable to the headset's USB-C charging port and a power source. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours and provides up to 55 hours of battery life.

The ForceOne41 headset offers three primary connection methods:

  • 2.4GHz USB Wireless: Recommended for PC, PS4, PS5, and Laptops for ultra-low latency.
  • Bluetooth 5.3: Ideal for smartphones, tablets, and other Bluetooth-enabled devices.
  • 3.5mm Wired: For universal compatibility with devices featuring a 3.5mm audio jack, including Xbox Series (wired mode only).

3.3 Connecting via 2.4GHz USB Wireless

  1. Locate the 2-in-1 USB dongle (USB + USB-C).
  2. Plug the appropriate end of the dongle into your PC, PS4, PS5, or Laptop's USB port.
  3. Ensure the headset is powered on and the mode toggle is set to 2.4GHz wireless. The headset should automatically connect to the dongle.

Note: When using the 2.4GHz USB dongle for PS5/PS4/PC/Laptop, the 2-in-1 dongle must be used as a set and cannot be separated. The microphone is not compatible for the Nintendo Switch in any mode.
