The UT210E requires batteries for operation. To install or replace batteries:

1. Ensure the meter is powered off and disconnect all test leads from the input jacks.

5.1. Power On/Off and Auto-Ranging

Turn the function dial to any measurement position to power on the meter. The meter features auto-ranging, automatically selecting the appropriate measurement range. The meter will automatically power off after approximately 15 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery life.

5.9. VFC Function

The VFC (Variable Frequency Control) function allows for accurate measurement of AC voltage and AC current in circuits with frequency conversion interference.
