3.2 Initial Configuration (via NGTeco Office App)

The NGTeco AS10 can be quickly set up using the NGTeco Office mobile application. This app allows for easy device management and report generation.

1. Add Timesheet: Define the working hours, break times, and attendance rules for different days of the week.
2. Add Schedule: Assign specific timesheets to employees for defined periods.

4.4 Downloading Attendance Reports

Attendance data can be easily downloaded in Excel format using the provided USB flash drive.

If an employee forgets to punch In/Out, or if there are incorrect records, you can manually adjust them.
