The Fretta juicer utilizes cold press technology to gently extract juice, minimizing heat and oxidation to preserve maximum nutrients and enzymes. Follow these steps to assemble your Fretta Juicer before first use:

5. Attach the lid to the juicing bowl, aligning the arrows on the lid and bowl, then rotate clockwise until it clicks into the locked position. The safety sensor will prevent operation if not properly locked.
6. Position the juice container under the juice spout and the pulp container under the pulp outlet.
7. Ensure the anti-drip cap on the juice spout is open before juicing.

5.2 Making Frozen Desserts (Sorbet)

Your Fretta juicer can also make delicious frozen desserts. Ensure fruits are fully frozen before use.

1. Prepare Frozen Fruit: Use pre-frozen fruits like berries, bananas, or mangoes. Allow them to thaw slightly for 5-10 minutes to soften just enough to be processed.
