• Ensure the installation area has adequate structural support for the range hood's weight (approximately 56.3 pounds).
• Confirm the availability of a 110V electrical outlet within reach of the power cord.
• Verify ductwork is properly sized (6-inch round duct recommended for top venting) and clear of obstructions.
• Minimum clearance from cooking surface to bottom of hood is 24 inches, recommended 24 to 30 inches.

1. Carefully measure and mark the mounting points on the underside of the cabinet according to the hood's dimensions (19.68"D x 41.7"W x 7"H).
