  3. SPOT Massage: Use the SPOT function to concentrate the massage on a specific area of your back. You can also choose full back, upper back, or lower back massage for the target area.

How the auto-timer works and how to use this function well.The auto-timer function starts and defaults to a timer of 20 minutes when device turned on. When you press the "timer" button on the controller once, the auto-timer becomes 30 minutes. When you press it again, the auto-timer becomes 10 minutes. You can choose the timing setting you want, and the device will stop work after timer runs out.
If your height is between 5-5.9ft, but the shiatsu massager roller can't reach your neck after adjusting the roller height by the up/down button.You can place a seat cushion or a pillow on the sitting part. By this way, the using experience is better.
