3.1 Step 1: Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the camera and accessories for any signs of damage. If any items are missing or damaged, contact customer support.

1. Mark the drilling positions using the mounting template (if provided) or the camera base.

4.1 Dual Lens and PTZ Control

The camera features two lenses: a fixed bullet lens for a wide overview and a PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) lens for dynamic monitoring. Use the app to control the PTZ lens, allowing you to pan 355° horizontally and tilt 90° vertically to adjust the viewбурч.

4.2 Smart Motion Detection and Auto-Tracking

The camera is equipped with AI Humanoid Detection. When motion is detected by the fixed lens, the PTZ camera can automatically track the moving object, ensuring continuous surveillance of activity within its range. You will receive notifications via the app, email, or NVR (if configured).
