4. Viewing MIN/MAX Temperatures:

Press a third time to return to the current temperature display. To reset the MIN/MAX records, press and hold the "MIN/MAX" button for a few seconds while viewing the MIN or MAX temperature.

5. Setting Temperature Alarms:

   Press the "AL" (Alarm) button. The display will show the current high alarm setting. Use the "MIN/MAX" button to adjust the value. Press "AL" again to confirm the high alarm and move to the low alarm setting. Adjust the low alarm value using the "MIN/MAX" button. Press "AL" a third time to confirm and activate the alarm. When the temperature goes above the high alarm or below the low alarm, the LED indicator will flash, and an audible alarm will sound.
