4.1 Smith Machine and Barbell Bar

  • Loading Weight Plates: The barbell bar is designed to accommodate standard 1" (2.5 cm) and Olympic 2" (5 cm) diameter weight plates. Secure plates with collars before use.
  • Safety Catches: Always use the adjustable safety catches when performing exercises like squats or bench presses. Adjust them to a height that prevents the barbell from descending too far.
  • Engaging/Disengaging: To disengage the barbell from the rack, rotate it slightly to unlock it from the safety hooks. To re-engage, lift the barbell and rotate it back into the safety hooks.

4.2 Height-Adjustable Squat Rack

  • The squat rack features 17 different levels for height adjustment, ranging from 9.8" to 72.8" (25-185 cm).
  • To adjust the height, locate the adjustment pins or levers on the squat rack uprights.
  • Pull out the pins, slide the barbell supports to the desired height, and re-insert the pins securely. Ensure both sides are adjusted to the same height.

4.3 Dual Cable Pulley System
