The PETULTRA Automatic Cat Feeder is designed to provide scheduled and controlled feeding for up to two pets. Featuring 2.4G WiFi connectivity, it allows remote control via a smartphone application. The feeder supports dual power options: an external power adapter or 3x D-cell batteries (not included) for backup. Connect the USB-C power cable to the feeder and plug the adapter into a wall outlet. For battery backup, insert 3 D-cell batteries into the compartment at the bottom of the feeder.

3.2 Desiccant Bag Installation

Insert the desiccant bag into the designated slot under the lid to maintain food freshness and prevent moisture buildup.

Open the lid and pour dry kibble into the food storage container. The feeder has a 4L capacity, holding up to 16 cups of food. Ensure the lid is securely closed to maintain freshness.

3.4 Bowl Assembly

Attach the double bowl tray and place the stainless steel basins into the tray. Ensure the food splitter is correctly positioned to dispense food into both bowls.

Scan the QR code or search for "PetTech" in your app store to download the application. Ensure Bluetooth and WLAN are enabled on your smartphone.

4.3 Connect to Network

Choose your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password. The feeder only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. If your router operates on 5 GHz, ensure you connect to the 2.4 GHz band. Wait for the connection to complete, then you can customize the device name.

The feeder features an advanced anti-jam mechanism. To prevent food blocking, ensure the dry kibble size is between 2-10mm (0.07-0.4 inches). Larger kibbles may get stuck and interrupt dispensing.
