5.1 Understanding TENS and EMS Therapy
The Chirp Halo combines two types of electrical stimulation:
- TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Neve Stimulation): Sends electrical pulses through the skin to stimulate nerves, which can help block pain signals and encourage the body to release natural pain-relieving endorphins. This is primarily for pain relief.
- EMS (Булчуңдарды Стимуляциялоо): Stimulates muscle contractions using electrical impulses. This can help improve circulation, reduce soreness, and support faster muscle recovery and strength.

- Download the Chirp app from your device's app store.
- Follow the in-app instructions to pair your Halo device.
