The F80 monitor arm offers two installation methods: grommet mount and table edge clamp. Choose the method best suited for your desk.

5.2. Grommet орнотуу
- Disassemble the base of the monitor arm to access the grommet components.
- Assemble the long bolt with the oval plate and wing nut as shown in the video.
- Insert the assembled grommet bolt through the pre-drilled hole in your desk (hole diameter 10-60mm).
- Place the monitor arm base over the bolt on the desk surface.
- Secure the arm from underneath the desk using the wing nut, ensuring it is tight and stable.
5.3. Table Edge Clamp Орнотуу

- Клamp on the edge of your desk. Ensure your desk thickness is between 10-90mm and the clamping width is at least 40mm.

- Secure the monitor to the VESA plate using the appropriate screws provided. Tighten all four screws firmly.

The F80 monitor arm allows for a wide range of adjustments to achieve your preferred ergonomic setup.

- Use the provided hex key to turn the adjustment screw located on the arm. Turn clockwise to increase tension (+) and counter-clockwise to reduce tension (-).
- No adjustment is needed if the monitor can move up and down freely and stay in place.

The F80 monitor arm features an integrated cable management system to keep your workspace tidy.
- Route your monitor's power and video cables through the designated channels on the underside of the arm.
- Secure the removable cable covers to conceal the cables.
- For models with integrated USB 3.0 ports, connect the provided USB cables from your computer to the arm, and then connect your USB devices to the ports on the arm.

- Monitor is wobbly or unstable: Check all mounting screws, especially those connecting the VESA plate to the monitor and the arm base to the desk (clamp or grommet). Ensure they are securely tightened.
