Careful wiring is crucial for proper operation and to prevent damage. Refer to the diagram below for connections.

  • Start Wire: туташтыруу сары зым (start wire) to the positive pole of the power supply via a 1kΩ resistor. If the power supply is below 12V, the resistor may not be necessary.
  • PWM Speed Regulation: The white PWM wire is used for speed control. Connect it to the negative pole for high-speed operation. Input a 20KHz pulse width modulation (PWM) signal to this wire to adjust the motor speed.
  • Forward/Reverse Switching: The жашыл зым can be connected to the negative pole to switch between forward and reverse rotation.
  • Encoder Power Supply: The encoder requires a 5V power supply. If the encoder is not being used, these wires can be ignored.

Important: It is strictly forbidden to reverse the polarity of the brushless motor. Always use a regulated, non-surge DC power supply (e.g., battery, regulated power supply).

Caution: When switching between forward and reverse, it is best to stop the motor first to prevent instantaneous surges that could damage the motor or drive.

The motor supports two primary mounting configurations: 180-degree diagonal and 120-degree 3-hole patterns. The mounting holes are threaded for 3mm screws.

4.1 Негизги операция

  1. Ensure all wiring is correct according to Section 3.1.
  2. Connect the motor to a regulated DC power supply within the 12-24V range.
  3. To start the motor, ensure the yellow start wire is connected as described in Section 3.1.
  4. For high-speed operation, connect the white PWM wire to the negative pole of the power supply.

4.2 Speed Regulation (PWM)

The motor's speed can be adjusted by providing a 20KHz PWM signal to the white PWM wire. The duty cycle of the PWM signal will determine the motor's rotational speed.

To switch the motor's direction of rotation, connect the green wire to the negative pole of the power supply. Remember to stop the motor before changing direction to prevent damage from sudden surges.

4.4 Encoder Usage

If position or speed feedback is required, connect the encoder's 5V power supply and utilize the Signal A and Signal B outputs. If not needed, the encoder wires can be left unconnected.

Motor cannot start
