Follow these steps to set up your UGREEN Wireless HDMI Extender Kit:

1. 4.1. Transmitter Connection

   Connect the transmitter unit to your source device (e.g., laptop, PC, game console) via its HDMI interface. Ensure the USB-C power port on the transmitter is connected to a power source (e.g., laptop's USB-C port or a USB power adapter) for stable operation.

2. 4.2. Receiver Connection

   Connect the receiver unit to your display device (e.g., TV, monitor, projector) using an HDMI or VGA cable. For VGA output, a 3.5mm audio device needs to be connected to the receiver for synchronous audio transmission. Connect the USB-C power port on the receiver to a power source.

• 5.1. Күзгү режими

  In Mirror Mode, the content displayed on your source device (e.g., laptop screen) is duplicated and shown on the connected display device. This is ideal for presentations or sharing content directly.

• 5.2. Extended Mode

  In Extended Mode, your connected display device acts as a secondary screen, allowing you to extend your desktop workspace. This is useful for multitasking, where you can have different applications open on each screen.

5.3. Dual Video Output

The receiver unit can output video simultaneously via both HDMI and VGA ports. When using VGA, ensure a 3.5mm audio cable is connected to the receiver for audio transmission, as VGA does not carry audio.

No Signal or Broken Screen:

• Ensure both the transmitter and receiver units are properly powered via their USB-C ports.
• Verify that the HDMI/VGA cables are securely connected to both the source and display devices.
• Confirm that the correct input source is selected on your display device (TV/monitor/projector).
• Click the button on the transmitter to re-establish the connection.
• If using 4K resolution, ensure both your source and display devices support 4K@30Hz. Some devices might require specific settings for 4K output.

Poor Signal Quality or Intermittent Connection:

• Reduce the distance between the transmitter and receiver. The maximum effective range is 50 meters (165 feet) in an open environment. Walls and other obstacles can significantly reduce this range.
• Ensure there are no major obstructions (e.g., thick walls, large metal objects) directly between the transmitter and receiver.
• Minimize interference from other wireless devices operating on 2.4GHz or 5GHz frequencies.
• Check if the external antennas on the receiver are properly attached and oriented.

No Audio (when using VGA):

• VGA does not transmit audio. Ensure a 3.5mm audio cable is connected from the receiver's audio output to an external audio device (e.g., speakers, soundbar).

• iPad Pro Compatibility: If your iPad Pro supports video output via its USB-C port (e.g., DisplayPort Alt Mode), the transmitter should work when connected to the iPad Pro's USB-C port (with an appropriate adapter if needed) and powered.
• Live Streaming with Cameras: The transmitter is compatible with cameras that have an HDMI output, making it suitable for wireless transmission during live streaming events.
• Optimal 4K Performance: For the best 4K experience, ensure all connected devices (source, cables, display) support 4K@30Hz. If you encounter issues, try adjusting the resolution on your source device.
