Before installing the lock, accurately measure your door to ensure compatibility and proper fit:

Choose the correct mortise type that matches your door's specifications. The lock supports various mortise types, including options for doors without a mortise.

The handle direction is universal and can be adjusted to fit either right or left-handed doors.

6.1 App Unlock (Tuya WiFi Version)

For TTLock, you can perform one-touch unlock directly from the app when within Bluetooth range. For remote unlocking from anywhere, a G2 Gateway (not included) is required.

To unlock using a password:
- Enter any random digital numbers (e.g., ******)

- Press '#' to unlock.
This scramble code feature enhances security by allowing you to embed your actual password within a longer sequence of numbers.
6.5 Card Unlock
Tap your registered IC card or M1 wristband on the card sensing area of the lock.

Insert the mechanical key into the hidden keyhole and turn to unlock the door. This is primarily for emergency use.
6.7 Password and eKey Management
Both Tuya and TTLock apps allow you to:
- Generate dynamic passwords.

- Send eKeys for authorized access via the app.
- View unlock records and check alarm records.
- Manage users and system settings.

The lock is powered by dry batteries. When the battery level is low, the lock will provide an alert. Replace the batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation. In case of complete battery depletion, use the emergency Type-C power supply port or the mechanical key.

- Regularly check the battery level through the app to avoid unexpected lockouts.

This product comes with a 24-month Manufacturer's Limited Warranty, covering defective items. This warranty does not cover items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from the seller before returning any product. Items returned without an RMA may be sent back at the buyer's expense.
