- Do not revise the special parameters of Smart BMS models without permission.

- Battery Type Mismatch: Confirm that your battery cells are LiFePo4 (3.2V nominal per cell) as this BMS is specifically designed for this chemistry. It is not compatible with 3.6V Li-ion cells.
- Parameter Modification: Standard BMS units do not allow user modification of parameters like over-discharge voltage. Attempting to do so can damage the unit. For Smart BMS models, unauthorized parameter changes are forbidden.
- BMS Overheating: While the BMS has innovative heat dissipation, ensure it is installed in a location with adequate airflow, especially for higher current models.
