The SERVO BM310 is an ultra-compact mobile phone designed for portability and essential communication. It features Bluetooth dialing, dual SIM card support, automatic call recording, and low radiation for safer use. This manual provides detailed instructions to help you get started and make the most of your device.

3.1. Батареяны орнотуу

1. Carefully open the back cover of the phone.

3. Insert the provided 350mAh lithium polymer battery. Ensure the contacts align correctly.

The BM310 supports two Nano SIM cards and one MicroSD card (up to 16GB).

1. With the back cover removed, locate the SIM card slots and the MicroSD card slot.
2. Insert your Nano SIM cards into the designated slots (labeled '1' and '2').
3. If desired, insert a MicroSD card into the memory card slot. A memory card is required for automatic call recording.
4. Ensure cards are inserted correctly as shown in the diagram.

Before first use, fully charge the phone. Use the provided USB cable and a 5V1A charger.

1. Connect the Micro USB end of the cable to the phone's charging port.
2. Connect the USB-A end to a compatible power adapter or computer.
3. The phone will indicate charging status.

4.2. Bluetooth Dialer Function

The BM310 can connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth, allowing it to act as a dialer. You can sync contacts, answer calls, and make calls directly from the mini phone while your smartphone remains connected.

1. On the BM310, navigate to the Bluetooth settings and enable it.
2. On your smartphone, activate Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "MTKBTDEVICE" from the list to connect.
4. Input the password "1234" if prompted.
5. Once connected, you can manage calls and contacts through the BM310.

4.3. Automatic Call Recording

The phone supports automatic call recording. A MicroSD card must be installed for this feature to function correctly, as the phone's internal memory is limited.

1. Ensure a MicroSD card is inserted (see Section 3.2).
2. Navigate to the call settings menu.
3. Enable the automatic call recording option.

The BM310 supports audio playback. When connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth, it can also sync and play music from your smartphone.

4.5. Blacklist Function

You can add unwanted numbers to a blacklist to block incoming calls from them.

1. Navigate to the phone's call settings or security settings.
2. Select the 'Blacklist' option.
3. Add numbers you wish to block.

1. Access the 'Tools' or 'Organizer' menu.

If the mobile phone has not been used for a long time, the battery power may be completely depleted. In this case, you need to charge the mobile phone for 3-5 hours initially. Ensure you are using the charging cable provided with the product and a charger that supports 5V1A.

6.2. Network Compatibility Issues

The BM310 operates on 2G GSM networks (850/900/1800/1900MHz). Some countries have already discontinued 2G GSM networks. Please verify that your SIM card and local network provider still support 2G GSM before use. The phone cannot be used normally in the following countries due to network frequency band issues: Colombia, India, Türkiye, Chile, Azerbaijan, Tanzania, Australia.

6.3. Feature Conflicts

Please note that the Bluetooth dialing, automatic call recording, and magic voice functions cannot be used simultaneously. If you experience issues with one of these features, ensure the others are not active.
