Introduction
The FiiO RM3 is a Bluetooth remote control designed to enhance the user experience with FiiO R series desktop audio setups. It provides convenient wireless control over track playback, song selection, volume adjustment, and features a unique mouse mode, allowing you to manage your device from up to 30 meters away.

The FiiO RM3 remote control requires two LR03 AAA 1.5V batteries (No. 7 batteries). Batteries are not included in the product package and must be purchased separately.

2. Pairing with your Device
The RM3 uses Bluetooth BLE/5.1 for wireless communication.
- Ensure your FiiO R series host device (e.g., FiiO R7) has Bluetooth enabled.
- On the RM3 remote, press and hold the power button (
) for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The indicator light on the remote will start to blink. - On your host device, navigate to the Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
- Select "FiiO RM3" from the list of found devices to complete the pairing process.

- If the RM3 fails to connect in pairing mode after 30 seconds, it will enter standby mode, and the indicator light will shut off. Repeat the pairing steps if this occurs.
