The ZTE UFi F50 is a portable 5G Pocket MiFi device designed to provide high-speed internet access on the go. It supports both 5G Sub-6 (SA/NSA) and 4G LTE Cat15 networks, offering dual-band 2.4G/5G Wi-Fi connectivity for up to 10 users. This device does not include a built-in battery and requires an external power source. This manual will guide you through setting up, operating, and maintaining your device.

4.1. SIM картаны салуу

The device uses an activated built-in patch SIM card for internet access. It also supports an external microSDHC storage card.

1. Use the card pin (not included) to insert into the small hole on the card tray to eject it.
2. Place the microSDHC card onto the tray as shown in the diagram. Ensure the patch SIM card is correctly positioned.
3. Gently push the card tray back into the slot until it clicks into place.

Connect the device to a computer or a 5V/2A power adapter using the provided USB Type-C cable. The device will automatically power on. After a short while, the device will automatically connect to the internet.

Note: This device's built-in RemoteProvisioner application will automatically access the internet but will not leak user privacy data.

5. Операция

You can access the internet using your ZTE F50 device via Wi-Fi or a USB Type-C cable.

• Wi-Fi аркылуу: Find the default Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password on the back of the device. Use your mobile phone or other Wi-Fi-enabled devices to connect to the ZTE F50's Wi-Fi network, then access the internet.
• Via USB Type-C Cable: Connect your computer directly to the ZTE F50 device using the USB Type-C cable to access the internet.

You can change the device's default settings by logging into the management page.

1. Check the back of the device for the default management page IP address and password.

5.3. Switching SIM Cards

The device defaults to using the mobile patch SIM card. If you need to use another telecom patch SIM card, you must switch it through the management page first.

1. Connect your phone or computer to the device.

3. Enter the initial setup login password and log in to the management page.
4. On the top left of the management page, you can directly select the corresponding operator to switch the SIM card. Alternatively, you can select Advanced Settings > Other > SIM Card Switch menu to switch the SIM card.

Please read this safety information carefully to ensure proper and safe use of your device.

• When using this radio frequency device, be aware that it may interfere with electronic devices that have poor shielding, such as certain electronic systems in motor vehicles. Consult the device manufacturer if necessary.
• Exercise caution when using this device near medical equipment such as hearing aids, cochlear implants, and pacemakers. Maintain a distance of at least 20 cm between this device and such medical equipment. Turn off the device if necessary. Consult the medical device manufacturer for further information.
• Observe all restrictions on device use in locations with explosive production processes, such as fuel depots and chemical factories, and in areas with special requirements like hospitals. Do not use the device where prohibited.
• Keep this device out of reach of children to prevent them from using it as a toy, which could cause injury.
• Turn off the device before boarding an aircraft. To prevent interference with aircraft communication systems, the use of this device is prohibited during flight. If used before takeoff, ensure compliance with safety regulations and obtain permission from the crew.
• Do not touch the internal antenna area of the device during operation, as this may affect device performance.
• Avoid touching the metal components of the device during operation to prevent burns.
• Use only original or manufacturer-approved accessories. Using unapproved accessories may affect device performance, violate warranty terms, and contravene national regulations for communication terminal products.
• This product does not come with a power adapter. It supports a power input of DC 5V 2.0A.
• If using a power adapter, ensure it meets relevant safety standards or is CCC certified.
• Avoid using the device near metal structures or devices that emit electromagnetic waves, as this may affect signal reception.
• Do not store or use the device near hot water heaters, microwave ovens, hot cooking equipment, or high-pressure containers, or in high-heat or strong electromagnetic environments, to prevent damage.
• This device is not waterproof. Keep it dry and store it in a dry, cool place.
• Avoid using the device immediately after rapid temperature changes. In such cases, condensation may form inside and outside the device. Wait for the condensation to dry before use.
• Handle the device with care. Avoid dropping, bending, or impacting the device. Otherwise, the device may suffer irreparable damage.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble this device. If repairs are needed, please go to a designated repair center. Only qualified personnel can repair this device.

• ZTE shall not be liable for any losses caused by natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, etc.) or any acts or accidents (including intentional or accidental misuse by the user under these or other abnormal circumstances) beyond its control.
• This device is a data terminal product, not a mobile smart device. It does not support screen use or user application installation. ZTE shall not be liable for any device issues caused by forced installation of applications or software.
• This device does not support operating system updates or modifications. ZTE shall not be liable for any device issues caused by forced modification or update of the operating system.
• In no event shall ZTE be liable for any losses (including loss of company profits, loss of reputation, business interruption, or loss/alteration of stored data) or any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of this product (including losses caused by using the product according to the manual).
• ZTE shall not be liable for any losses caused by improper use of non-ZTE designated communication hardware or software.
• ZTE provides no warranty or technical support for information, materials, documents, or other products and services obtained through the use of this product, and shall not be liable for the user's use of such information, materials, documents, or other products and services.
• ZTE shall not be liable for any form of warranty or technical support for third-party software used through this product.
• The content of this manual is provided "as is." Unless otherwise required by applicable law, ZTE makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or content of this document.

ZTE provides satisfactory after-sales service in strict accordance with national three-guarantee regulations. The warranty period for the main unit of the wireless data terminal is one year, calculated from the date of the invoice.

If quality issues occur within the warranty period, consumers can obtain free repair services at ZTE authorized service centers by presenting the wireless data terminal warranty certificate (stamped by the dealer) and the original invoice. The warranty certificate is applicable to ZTE wireless data terminals legally sold in mainland China.

Three Guarantees Service (China Mainland) includes: Return, Exchange, and Repair.

1. Within 7 days from the purchase date: If a performance fault occurs due to non-human damage, consumers can choose to return or exchange the product at the dealer.
2. Within 15 days from the purchase date: If a performance fault occurs due to non-human damage, consumers can choose to exchange or receive free repair service at a local ZTE authorized service center.
3. Within 12 months from the purchase date: If a performance fault occurs due to non-human damage, consumers can receive free repair service at a local ZTE authorized service center.

Warranty service is limited to the effective warranty period under normal use. If any of the following conditions occur, the wireless data terminal and its accessories will automatically lose their warranty eligibility:

• Unauthorized disassembly or repair by the consumer without ZTE's permission.

• Damage caused by the consumer not following the instructions or improper use, including liquid ingress into the main unit.
• Damage caused by incorrect testing, maintenance, debugging, or other improper use by the consumer.
• Damage caused by transportation, drops, pressure, or other force majeure factors (e.g., earthquakes, typhoons, floods, tsunamis).
• Absence of the Three Guarantees certificate or a valid purchase invoice.
• Exceeding the Three Guarantees period.
• The Three Guarantees certificate and product model do not match, or the certificate has been altered.
• Other circumstances not covered by warranty as stipulated by law.
