The DEEPELEC DeepVNA 101 HW3.2 is a handheld vector network analyzer designed for comprehensive analysis of HF/VHF/UHF antennas and circuits. This device allows for precise measurement of S-parameters, transmission and reflection characteristics, insertion loss, return loss, fault location (TDR function), antenna standing wave ratio (SWR), impedance, and filter response.
This model is an upgrade from the NanoVNA-F, featuring several key improvements:
- User controls have been enhanced with a rotary encoder for more convenient and smooth operation.
- A new Real-Time Clock (RTC) circuit has been added, providing real-time clock and perpetual calendar functions.
- S21 insertion loss/filter measurement performance has been optimized, offering a larger dynamic range.
The device runs on firmware version 1.0.4, which includes additional features such as:

Before first use, ensure the DeepVNA 101 is fully charged. Connect the provided USB-A to USB Type-C cable to the Type-C charging port on the device and a suitable USB power source. The device is powered by a 5000mAh/3.7V rechargeable battery pack.

The DeepVNA 101 features PORT 1 and PORT 2 for connecting RF cables and calibration pieces. Use the provided SMA male to male RG316 RF cables and calibration pieces (OPEN, SHORT, LOAD) as needed for your measurements.

4.3 Screen Protector Note
The DeepVNA 101 uses a resistive touch screen. The working principle relies on pressure sensing. Installing a screen protector may affect the touch screen's operation. It is recommended not to install a screen protector unless absolutely necessary to maintain optimal touch sensitivity.
