A: Some smartphone Bluetooth services may become abnormal when rebooted. Please reboot your smartphone before attempting to pair the device again.

A: After connecting the phone to the app, switch to the blood pressure page on the watch. Keep this page unchanged for about 10 seconds, and the blood pressure data will appear. While the watch can monitor your heart rate and blood pressure, it cannot be used for any medical purpose. It is only to help people live a healthier life. All measurement results are for reference only and are based on scientific algorithms and sensors. Please do not compare them to medical devices.
