2. Multi-Point Connection (Dual Device Connection)
This feature is disabled by default and needs to be enabled via the QCY APP.
- Connect your headphones to Device A.
- Turn off Bluetooth on Device A. The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode (LED blinks red and white).
- On Device B, search for "QCY H3 Pro" and tap to connect.
- Turn on Bluetooth on Device A again and connect it to the headphones.
Your headphones are now connected to both Device A and Device B, allowing seamless switching between them.

- With the headphones powered on, simultaneously press and hold both the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons for 10 seconds.
- The LED will blink red 3 times, indicating the factory reset is complete. The headphones will then enter pairing mode.
