The KVM switch offers two methods for switching between connected computers:
4.1. Remote Control Switching
Use the provided remote control to switch between computers. Aim the remote control at the KVM switch's IR receiver (or the external IR device if connected) and press the corresponding button (1, 2, 3, or 4) to select the desired PC.
4.2. Pushbutton Switching
On the front panel of the KVM switch, simply press the white buttons labeled PC1, PC2, PC3, or PC4 to switch to the respective computer.
Note: Hotkey switching via keyboard is not supported by this device.

If you encounter issues with your KVM switch, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- No Video Output or Incorrect Resolution:
- Ensure all HDMI cables are securely connected to both the computers and the KVM switch, and from the KVM switch to the monitor.
- Verify that your signal source (computer), HDMI cables, and monitor all support the desired resolution (e.g., 8K@60Hz). If any component does not support it, the resolution will default to the highest common supported resolution.

- Remember that hotkey switching via keyboard is not supported. Use the remote control or front panel buttons.
