The RL2-WLTE is a smart 4G controller designed for remote control of various home appliances and equipment. It supports control via APP, dial/SMS, and web interface. This device is ideal for applications such as breeding agriculture, power equipment, factory automation, base station control, lighting, city appearance, solar energy projects, and automatic door/gate openers. It also features a power failure SMS alert function (available on RL2-WLTE-EC model).

- Connect the DC12V power adapter to the power input port on the controller.

4.1. Manual Control (SW Keys)
The controller features SW1 and SW2 keys for direct manual control of the relays. Pressing these keys will toggle the state of the connected devices.
4.2. SMS Control
You can control the device by sending SMS commands to the SIM card number inserted in the controller. Ensure the SIG light is flashing before sending commands.
- Send the turn-on command:
SN0000ON - The controller will respond with a status message.
4.3. Dial Control
You can make a phone call to the controller's SIM card number to toggle the state of connected devices. The controller will automatically hang up after receiving the command.
4.4. APP Control (WLTE APP)
The WLTE APP provides a convenient and intelligent way to control your devices. You can download the GSM controller APP to help you send text messages and dial commands.
- Download the "WLTE control" APP from your smartphone's app store.
- Register and log in to the APP.
- Add your device using the UID found on the controller (refer to Figure 9).
- Use the APP interface to turn devices on/off, set trigger times (1 to 6 seconds), and manage other functions.
4.5. Web Control
Control equipment via a web browser on your PC. This allows for remote management and monitoring.
4.6. Power Outage Alert (RL2-WLTE-EC only)
The RL2-WLTE-EC model features a power outage alert. If the device loses power, you will immediately receive notifications via APP, SMS, and email.
