Follow these steps to properly set up your AOCHUAN Smart G1 Gimbal Stabilizer:

Before first use, fully charge the gimbal using the provided Type-C charging cable. The gimbal features a 21-hour battery life and supports reverse charging, allowing it to act as a power bank for your action camera.

2. Mounting Your Action Camera
The Smart G1 supports various action cameras. Choose the appropriate mounting method:
Method A: Using the Folding Connector
- Screw off the manual screw rod, then remove the fixing bracket.
- Insert the folding connector of your action camera directly into the Smart G1.
- Adjust the action camera back and forth until its top aligns with the charging port of the gimbal.
- Re-insert the manual screw rod and screw it up. Switch on to use.

Method B: Using the Fixing Bracket
- Unscrew the screw rod of the fixing bracket.
- Mount the action camera into the fixing bracket, then screw up the screw rod.
- Adjust the fixing bracket back and forth until the top of the action camera aligns with the charging port of the gimbal. Switch on then start to use.

- If your action camera is classified as a super light model, you can screw up the leveling adjustment rod counterclockwise, then remove the fixing bracket from the right side. Next, adjust the center of its gravity until the camera parallels to the ground surface. Next, screw up the rod clockwise.
- When the screw rod stays at 60° vertical direction to the ground, it is tightened already. Please stop pressing again so as to avoid it breaking off.
