The M6C features a vertical mid-mounted VA color LCD display, offering clear visibility with full vertical angle adjustment. It is designed to be robust with an IP65 waterproof rating, ensuring reliable performance in various conditions.

This display is compatible with e-bikes operating on 24V, 36V, 48V, or 60V systems and utilizes the UART2 communication protocol. Please ensure your e-bike controller also uses the UART2 protocol for proper functionality.

Follow these steps to install your M6C Electric Bike Display:

5. Операция

The M6C display provides various functions to enhance your e-biking experience.

5.2. Key Introduction and Basic Operations

  • Күйгүзүү/өчүрүү: Press and hold the Power button to turn the display on or off.
  • Multi-function Display Switch: When the display is on, click the Power button to cycle through ODO, TRIP, VOL, CUR, and TM. ODO is the default display after power-on.
  • PAS деңгээлин тууралоо: When the display is on, click the '+' button to increase the PAS level (PAS+1) or the '-' button to decrease it (PAS-1). The default is PAS1.
  • Front Light Control: When the display is on, press and hold the '+' button to turn the front light on or off (under the normal speed display interface).
  • Walk Mode Function: Under the normal speed display interface, when the e-bike is stationary, press and hold the '-' button to enter 6KM/h walk mode. There are two modes:

    • Non-lock Mode: The e-bike is in walk mode only while the '-' button is pressed.
  • Speed Mode Display: On the normal speed display interface, press and hold the '+' button and '-' button simultaneously to cycle through average speed, maximum speed, and real-time speed. The default display is real-time speed.

To enter the settings menu, press and hold the '+' and '-' buttons simultaneously. Use the Power button to navigate between parameters (P01-P20). Use the '+' button to increase values and the '-' button to decrease values. To save changes and exit, press and hold the '+' and '-' buttons again. If no action is taken, the system will automatically exit and save settings after 8 seconds.

  • P10: Drive Mode: 0 = Power Drive (power output determined by power file bit), 1 = Electric Drive (by turning the handle), 2 = Power Drive and Electric Drive Coexistence.
  • P11: Help Sensitivity Setting Range: 1-24.
  • P12: Help Start Intensity Setting Range: 0-5.
  • P13: Power Magnetic Steel Disk Type Seting: 5, 8, 12 Magnetic Steel Types.
  • P14: Controller Limit Value: Range 1-20A, default 12A.
  • P15: Controller Low Power.
  • P16: ODO Zero Setting: Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds to reset ODO.
  • P17: Auto Cruise: 0 = No auto cruising, 1 = Auto cruising enabled.
  • P18: Display Speed Ratio Adjustment Range: 50% - 150%.
  • P19: 0 Power Bit: 0:0, 1: Does not include 0.
  • P20: 0:2 Protocol.

6.2. Reset Defaults

On the P16 menu interface, press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to reset all defaults (this operation does not clear ODO).

It is crucial to verify that your e-bike's controller also supports UART2 to ensure proper functionality and avoid compatibility issues. If your controller uses a different UART variant (e.g., Bafang, KDS), the display may not work.
  • Speed Limit Settings: The default speed limit setting on the M6C is typically unlimited (set to 100). If your e-bike's controller has its own speed limit, the display will only show the speed allowed by the controller, regardless of the display's setting.
  • Adjusting Speed Limit (P08): To change the speed limit, long press the '+' and '-' keys simultaneously to enter the menu. Short press the Power button to navigate to P08. Use the '+' key to set your desired speed. After adjusting, long press the '+' and '-' keys again to save the setting and exit the menu.
