WARNING: Fuel and Oil Safety

  • Gasoline is highly flammable and its vapors are explosive. Handle fuel with extreme care.

  1. Remove the generator and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Inspect the generator for any signs of damage during transit. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.
  3. Ensure all items listed in the "Package Contents" section are present.

IMPORTANT: The engine is shipped without oil. Operating the engine without oil will cause severe and permanent damage.

  5. Check the oil level using the dipstick. Do not screw in the dipstick when checking; simply insert it until it rests on the fill opening. The oil level should be between the minimum and maximum marks.

WARNING: Use unleaded gasoline only. Do not use E85 or other ethanol-blended fuels with more than 10% ethanol.

  1. Ensure the generator is turned off and has cooled down.
  2. Locate the fuel tank cap on top of the generator.

  4. Carefully pour unleaded gasoline into the fuel tank, up to the fill limit (8.5 liters capacity). Do not overfill.

6.2 Starting the Generator (Hand Start)

  1. Ensure the generator is on a level surface and away from any flammable materials.

6.4 Эко режими

Engage the Eco Mode switch for lighter loads. This feature automatically adjusts engine speed to match the load, reducing fuel consumption, noise levels, and extending engine life.

6.5 Параллель иштөө

Two MXR PRO4500I-DE generators can be connected in parallel to double the power output, up to 5400W. A separate parallel kit (sold separately) is required for this function. Refer to the parallel kit's instructions for detailed setup.

7.2 Spark Plug Inspection/Replacement

Inspect the spark plug every 100 hours or annually. Replace if necessary.

  3. Inspect the electrode for wear, fouling, or damage. Clean with a wire brush if necessary.
  4. Check the spark plug gap (refer to the engine manual for specific gap).
  5. Reinstall or replace the spark plug and reattach the cap.

Clean the air filter every 50 hours or more frequently in dusty conditions.

  4. Lightly oil the foam element with engine oil and squeeze out any excess.

For long-term storage (more than 30 days):

  1. Drain the fuel tank and carburetor, or add a fuel stabilizer to the fuel. Run the engine for a few minutes to circulate the stabilizer.

  3. Remove the spark plug and pour a tablespoon of engine oil into the cylinder. Slowly pull the recoil starter a few times to distribute the oil, then reinstall the spark plug.
