The main unit (tester) comes with a built-in 1250mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Use the provided USB cable to charge the device when the battery is low. The receiver requires a 9V battery (not included). Open the battery compartment on the receiver and insert a new 9V battery, observing correct polarity.
