1. Unfold the footpad: Locate the adjustable footpad at the rear of the treadmill and unfold it.
2. Insert the pin: Insert the provided pin into the designated hole to secure the footpad at the desired incline level.
3. Adjust the middle footpad: Ensure the middle footpad is properly positioned to support the treadmill at the new incline.

To return to a flat (0%) position, remove the pin and fold the footpad back.
