Follow these steps to connect your DVD player to your display device.

5.1 Connecting to a Display Device (TV, Projector, Monitor)
- HDMI Connection (Recommended for HD 1080P):
- Connect one end of the included HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT port on the rear of the DVD player.
- Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to an HDMI IN port on your TV, projector, or monitor.
- Select the corresponding HDMI input on your display device using its remote control.
- AV (RCA) Connection:
- Connect the yellow plug of the included AV cable to the VIDEO OUT port on the rear of the DVD player.
- Connect the red plug to the R (Right Audio) port and the white plug to the L (Left Audio) port on the rear of the DVD player.
- Connect the other ends of the AV cable to the corresponding VIDEO IN (yellow), R AUDIO IN (red), and L AUDIO IN (white) ports on your TV or display device.
- Select the corresponding AV input on your display device.

- Press the OPEN/CLOSE button (often labeled with an eject symbol) on the front panel or remote control to open the disc tray.
- Place a compatible disc (CD, DVD, VCD, SVCD, DVD+R, CD-DA, CD-MP3, CD-RW) onto the disc tray with the label side facing up.
