4.1. Control Panel and Interface

The JT600 features a touch screen control panel for easy navigation and operation. The interface is divided into a Homepage for function selection and an Operation Panel for detailed control during tests.

2. Place Injectors: Carefully place the fuel injectors into the ultrasonic cleaner within the washing basin.

Important: Test fluid and cleaning agent are different liquids. Test fluid is for the main engine (uniformity/spray, sealing, injection quantity, automated testing). Cleaning agents are for ultrasonic cleaning. DO NOT use water-based solvents in the host part to avoid irreversible damage.

1. Install Injectors: Pour the appropriate test liquid into the main unit's reservoir. Install the fuel injectors onto the fuel distributor (8) and secure them to the main unit with bolts. The JT600 supports simultaneous testing of up to six injectors. It is equipped with 5 plugs, allowing testing of 2, 4, or 6 injectors simultaneously.
2. Select Test Mode: From the control panel, choose the desired test function.
3. Execute Test: The machine will perform the selected test, and results will be displayed on the LCD.

Specific Test Modes:

• Atomization/Uniformity Test: Evaluates the atomization performance and uniformity of fuel injection among different injectors.
