6. Screen Adjustment (OSD Menu)
The On-Screen Display (OSD) menu allows you to customize various monitor settings. Use the control buttons on the monitor (Menu/Confirm, Volume +/Brightness -, Return/Signal Source) to navigate and adjust settings.

7. Display Settings (Windows 10)
You can configure display modes and screen orientation through Windows 10 settings.
Extend Mode / Duplicate Mode / Display Mode:
- Right-click anywhere on your desktop and select 'Display settings'.
- Scroll down to 'Multiple displays' and choose an option from the drop-down list:

Rotate the Screen:
- Right-click anywhere on your desktop and select 'Display settings'.
- Under the 'Select and rearrange displays' section, select the monitor you wish to adjust.
- Under the 'Scale and layout' section, use the 'Orientation' drop-down menu to select Landscape, Portrait, Landscape (flipped), or Portrait (flipped).

Q: Abnormal conditions occurred - like the splash screen or spots when using the monitor. The monitor is constantly restarting.
A: 1. This is often caused by an insufficient power supply. The monitor requires significant power. Please use the attached genuine cable and power adapter provided to power the monitor.
2. If using a mobile power bank, confirm it is a PD power bank that provides 30W or more. Contact support if you need a compatible power bank.
3. If the above resolutions do not work, try another computer device. If the issue persists, contact us for a replacement cable.

A: 1. Ensure the power supply is connected and turned ON.
2. Check all connections. Unplug and reconnect the cables. Use the genuine cables and power adapter.
Note: Most Samsung mobile phones may not provide enough power for the monitor; power the monitor with an additional power adapter.
3. If troubleshooting does not help, please contact us.
Q: The display is TURN-ON, shows "NO SIGNAL" or "POWER SAVING".
A: 1. When using Type-C to Type-C connection, check if your mobile phone supports USB3.1/Thunderbolt 3. If not, an HDMI adapter is required to transfer the signal.
2. Verify that the connection is correct and use the genuine cables provided.
3. Try connecting to another computer. If the problem persists, contact us for a replacement cable.

- If the screen signal is poor or flickers, ensure you are using the adapter that came with the monitor. Other adapters may provide insufficient voltage. If flickering continues, try swapping the HDMI cable.
- Please check if the Type-C port of your PC/Laptop supports audio and video signals (Thunderbolt3). If not, a "Type-C to HDMI" adapter is needed for signal transmission.
- If "No Signal" or "Power Saving Mode" appears, try switching the Type-C cable head to the other side and reconnecting the monitor.
- The monitor turns on in the default power save mode. (Note: There is no save function in sleep mode; you need to close it manually.)
