Multifunction Optical Power Meter with VFL and RJ45 Network Cable Tester

  • Optical Power Meter Interface: For connecting fiber optic cables to measure optical power.

5.1 Баштапкы төлөм

Before first use, or if the battery is low, charge the device using the provided Type-C USB cable. The unit is equipped with a 450mAh built-in lithium battery.

  1. Connect the Type-C end of the charging cable to the device's charging port.
  2. Connect the USB-A end of the charging cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., power bank, computer USB port, car USB charger, or a USB wall adapter).

6.1 Optical Power Measurement

The device supports 10 calibration wavelengths and two dynamic range options (C-type and T-type) for precise optical power measurement.

  2. Connect the fiber optic cable to the Optical Power Meter Interface.

  5. To save the current measurement, press and hold the >2s Save button for more than 2 seconds. The device can store up to 500 sets of data.
  6. To set a reference value (REF), connect a known stable light source and press the REF button. The current power reading will be set as the 0dB reference. Subsequent measurements will show the relative power difference.

6.2 Визуалдык ката локатору (VFL)

The VFL function uses a stable red light source to quickly identify faults in fiber optic cables.

6.3 Network Cable Sequence Test

This function allows you to accurately measure the sequence of network cables and determine signal transmission integrity.

  1. Detach the Network Cable Testing Module (Remote) from the main unit.
  2. Connect one end of the RJ45 network cable to the Network Cable Testing Interface on the main unit.
  3. Connect the other end of the RJ45 network cable to the Network Cable Testing Module (Remote).
  4. The device will automatically perform the sequence test and display the results (e.g., "RJ45" and pin status) on the screen.

6.4 Self-Calibration (Offset Setting)

The offset setting allows for self-calibration to improve testing efficiency by fixing loss or gain values.

6.5 LED Flashlight Function

The built-in LED flashlight is useful for working in low-light conditions.
