2. Connect Soldering Iron Handle: Connect the BK245-A handle to the designated port on the front of the main unit. Ensure it is securely fastened.

3. Connect Soldering Iron Stand: Place the soldering iron stand near the main unit. Connect the sleep cable from the stand to the main unit's sleep detection port. This enables the auto-sleep function.

4.3 Smart Sleep Function

When the soldering iron is placed in its stand, the station will automatically detect it and enter sleep mode after a set period. In sleep mode, the temperature drops to 100°C to prevent tip oxidation and save energy. When the iron is picked up, it quickly recovers to the set working temperature.

4.4 Heating Core Compatibility and Intelligent Recognition

The BK212 is compatible with various heating cores (C115, C210, C220, C245, C470). The station intelligently recognizes the connected heating core and automatically adjusts its power output. It can switch between 'Nano mode' for small solder joints and 'Power mode' for larger solder joints, optimizing performance for different tasks.
