4.2 Негизги параметрлер

Access the 'Parameters' section in the APP to adjust fundamental settings:

  • Motor Reverse Direction: Adjusts the forward and reverse movement of the motor.
  • Rated Voltage: Sets the rated voltage value of the controller.
  • Loss Control Mode: Configures power output limits when voltage reaches undervoltage мааниси.
  • Energy Feedback: Sets the mode for energy regeneration.

4.3 Speed and Throttle Control

  • Three-Speed Parameters: Modify power output and speed limits for High, Middle, and Low gears.
  • Acceleration/Deceleration Sensitivity: Adjusts the responsiveness of the accelerator and the throttle lag. Higher values mean faster response/less lag.
  • Throttle Thresholds: Set low and high throttle voltage thresholds to ensure proper idle state and full power output.
  • Speed Control Level: Select between BOOST, High-speed, Medium-speed, and Low-speed modes, each with specific current and speed limiting coefficients.

4.4 Function Switches

Enable or disable various functions through the APP:

  • Круиз функциясы
  • P Function (Parking)
  • Auto Return to P Function
  • Seat Function
  • Assist Roll Function
  • Side Stand Function
  • Gear Remember Function
  • Force Enter Anti-Theft
  • Парк функциясы
  • TCS Function (Traction Control System)

4.5 Energy Feedback

Configure energy regeneration settings:

  • Brake Current Limit: Sets the current for electronic braking. Default is 2A, adjustable up to 60A for large-capacity batteries.
  • Maximum Reflux: Peak brake current, default 4A, adjustable up to 80A for strong braking.
  • Батарея сыйымдуулугу: Set according to your actual battery capacity.
  • Negative Current Coefficient: Influences braking force when returning the accelerator.

5. Maintenance and Advanced Settings

5.1 Температураны коргоо

The controller includes internal settings for motor and controller temperature protection and recovery. A temperature coefficient can also be configured.

5.2 Functional Protection

The controller offers various functional protections:

  • Throttle Plugging/Unplugging Protection: Prevents unintended acceleration.
  • Speed Limit Function: Limits the maximum speed.
  • Уурдоого каршы функция: Locks the motor to prevent unauthorized movement.
  • Тtage Коргоо: Ашыкча томду камтыйтtagе жана ылдый-томtage protection to safeguard the battery and controller.

5.3 PID башкаруу

PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) parameters are used to fine-tune motor performance. Incorrect settings can lead to abnormal operation or damage.

  • AN (Motor Body Characteristics): Parameter range 0-16, typically 0 for hub motors.
  • LM (Motor Acceleration Matching): Adjusts smooth operation, especially for low-speed segments.
  • StartKI, MidKI, MaxKI / StartKP, MidKP, MaxKP: These parameters control the PID loop. Adjusting them requires careful attention to avoid issues like MOE/OVER/PHASE Faults.
  • Velocity SKI, SKP: Controls velocity-related parameters.

5.4 Self-Learning Voltage

The controller supports self-learning for throttle voltage thresholds (Low VQL and High VQH). This function helps adapt to different handlebars or accelerator pedals. Ensure the motor is in a no-load state during self-learning.

5.5 Калибрлөө

The factory calibration coefficients for voltage and current are fixed and cannot be modified by the user.

6. Кыйынчылыктарды

If you encounter issues with your FARDRIVER ND72230 controller, consider the following:

  • Туташуу маселелери: If the APP cannot connect, ensure the Bluetooth adapter is properly connected and powered, and that you are selecting the correct device during scanning.
  • Мотор айланбайт: Check all wiring connections, especially the Hall lines and phase lines. Incorrect wiring can prevent motor rotation. Verify that the 'Switching phase line' parameter (if applicable) is set correctly.
  • Abnormal Motor Behavior (Jitter, Overheating): This can often be caused by improper PID parameter settings or incorrect weak magnetic depth. Review and adjust these parameters carefully, referring to the detailed PDF manual.
  • Ката коддору: The APP interface (View 3 - Count) provides fault statistics. Consult the comprehensive PDF manual for specific error code definitions and troubleshooting steps.
  • Энергия чыгаруу маселелери: Батареянын көлөмүн текшериңизtage and ensure it is within the controller's operating range. Verify 'Loss Control Mode' and 'Battery Protection' settings.

If problems persist after basic troubleshooting, it is recommended to contact technical support.
