- Pull the crown (the small knob on the side of the watch case) out to the furthest position. The second hand will stop.

- Once the date is set, push the crown fully back into its original position.
- Note: Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this may interfere with the automatic date change mechanism. If the date changes at noon, advance the time by 12 hours.
